Stephen Diedericks
Founder | Tax Accountant & Tax Lawyer

Stephen brings more than twenty‑five years of senior experience across tax advisory, accounting, and legal practice. His career includes Big Four accounting firms and government tax departments, with direct involvement in tax audits, investigations, and debt recovery—providing valuable insight into how tax authorities operate.
He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. This combination supports a holistic approach to tax planning, compliance, and risk management.
Bianca Van Den Berg
Bookkeeper
Bianca brings over ten years of experience in finance roles within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
She is completing Management Accounting studies through the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and has supported projects integrating manufacturing and costing systems—strengthening reporting accuracy and process efficiency. compliance, and risk management.
Tania Diedericks
Administration
Tania provides administrative support across the business, contributing to smooth and reliable day‑to‑day operations.
She is committed to helping clients protect what they have earned and believes tax should be managed with clarity and fairness.
Tania is also completing speech and drama training and volunteers teaching speech at Taikura Rudolf Steiner School.
