Bianca Van Den Berg | Bookkeeper

Bianca has recently immigrated with from South Africa with her family and is studying Management Accounting through the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Over the last 10 years, she has worked in various roles in finance in the engineering and manufacturing industries and been involved in several projects integrating manufacturing and costing software.

Stephen Diedericks | BCom CPA RTBA JD (Masters of Law)

From his humble roots in Cape Town, South Africa, Stephen obtained a scholarship to study accounting. He relocated to Australia to complete his studies before moving to New Zealand, following the sweetheart he now calls Mrs Diedericks.

In his more than twenty-five years’ experience, he has worked for Big Four Accounting firms and government tax departments - conducting tax investigations, tax audits and tax debt collection. He’s a qualified CPA and practices as an accountant, and in addition has been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and a Solicitor by the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.

The combination of many years’ work across these two fields of expertise means he brings an unparalleled level of understanding to your tax situation.

Tania Diedericks | Administration

Tania believes your money should be for you and your family and that you should not pay more tax than you need to. She loves to help people and make a difference. Tania supports and helps in the business whenever she can and takes care of their six children. Tania is also completing speech and drama training and is teaching speech voluntarily at the Taikura Rudolf Steiner School.
